The Approach

At the request of our client, We approached the Bank to express our client's interest in purchasing the asset. After weeks of discussions and negotiation, the Bank decided

it was in their best interest to sell the property. However since it was a public company, they were required to request bids from multiple buyers.

The Challenge

The property was being marketed to select groups and investors, including our client. After a competitive bid process, We fought hard for our client and convinced the bank they were the right buyer for the property.

The Solution

Thanks to our hard work and relentess efforts, our client's bid was accepted and our client won the bidding war.
